*Represented Prince George’s County, Maryland in the acquisition of multiple properties, including sites for a public library and a fire station .


*Represented Carrollton Enterprises, Inc. in the leasing of 300,000 plus square feet in Calverton, Maryland.

*Represented Carrollton Enterprises, Inc. in the expansion and extension of Macro International’s 91,000 square foot  regional office at the Calverton Office Tower. Value: $10.9 million.

*Represented GreenProp, Inc. in the leasing of the Greenbelt Executive Center.

*Represented the Michael T. Rose Companies in the leasing of the Laurel Lakes Corporate Center.

*Represented Carrollton Enterprises, Inc. in leasing 87,000 square feet of office space to be built in Calverton. Value: $16 million.

*Represented Bozzuto and Associates in their renewal of 23,000 square feet of Class A office space and also their corporate headquarters relocation.

*Represented SunTrust Bank in leasing of Citizens headquarters building.

*Represented Greenbelt Executive Center in sale of assisted living site to Care Matrix. Value: $1.8 million.


*Represented the owners of Maryland Science and Technology Center in Bowie, Maryland in their partnership sale of Phase I for 1 million square feet of development rights to MIE, Inc. Value: $5.0 million.

*Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of 50 acres at the Port Covington site in Baltimore, Maryland to Starwood-Ceruzzi  for the development of a Walmart anchored big-box center. Value: $12.6 million.

*Represented Starwood-Ceruzzi in the purchase of BJ’s retail site in Bowie, Maryland. Value: $6.5 million.

*Represented LaSalle Investment Management in the sale of Presidential Corporate Center, a 210 acre land development opportunity at I-495/MD Rt. 4. Value: $2.3 million.

*Represented Winchester Commercial (a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Corp.) in their disposition of Capital Gateway Business Park, an 83 acre land development in Prince George’s County. Value:   $6.0 million.

*Represented First Baptist Church of Glenarden in purchase of 160 acres for church development.
Value: $2.1 million.


*Represented Finmarc Management in releasing the 165,000 SF former Levitz Warehouse and Showroom Property to Great Eastern Markets. Value: $3.9 million.
